these suns, lights and streaks are created for lightening and tinting of your layouts and photos. Simply usage in photoshop and gimp - add png or jpeg file as the second layer. Then change layer mode from NORMAL to Soft Light, Hard Light, or Overlay, or Multiply, Color....- it is all on your own creativity. Change layer opacity for lower effect or duplicate to get stronger.
